GET FIT~ FEEL GOOD~ BUILD CONFIDENCE & STRENGTH!!!


Welcome to Poolside Pilates!  My goal is to help you achieve your FITNESS GOALS!  This is for ALL fitness levels, whether you are finally getting back into a workout routine, recovering from surgery, post pregnancy, or an athlete training for a marathon or triathlon.  Pilates can benefit everyone!




Mondays~ 6:00pm ~ 7:00pm
  • 1 hr. of Pilates


Invest in your HEALTH 
All you need to bring is a water bottle as mats & foam rollers will be provided!
(1st class is always FREE)!



Cost~ $5.00 per class

    You may start at any time during the month.   You get what you put into your fitness regimen. My goal is to remain affordable and to motivate you to workout at least 2 to 3 times per week to reach your fitness goals!

    My Personal Experience...
    I have been practicing Pilates for 11 years and instructing for 9 years.  I have worked at multiple gyms including, Mountainside Fitness, Fitness 1, Health Nut, Oasis and Lifetime Fitness.


    I have my Group Fitness Certification through AFFA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and have taken several Pilates workshops along with Cycling, Aqua Aerobics, Yoga and am a certified Silver Sneakers instructor. 


    I have experience teaching TBC (total body conditioning) classes, yoga, pilates on the ball, kick~boxing, interval training and Silver Sneakers classes. 


    My passion for Pilates stands out in comparison to any other form of exercise.  After having 3 children, my last being a c~section...it was the only form of rehabilitating exercise that truly strengthened me, literally from the inside out!  It's all about the CORE...if you are strong there, you will be stronger in anything else you do.  


    I had 55 extra pounds to loose with my third child and with Pilates, the inches melted.  You will see results if you stick with it and include a healthy diet! You can reach your goal!! My passion is to share my experience and help others feel better in their skin. 


    Do not compare yourself to anyone else,  stop using the scale, measurements and how you fit in your clothes is what matters! In my program I can measure you and keep track of your "vanishing inches" if you so desire.


    TIP:  Eat 1-2 hours before working out, your food uses your bodies energy to digest, you will have a lot more endurance and stamina if you have digested your food prior to working out. 


    Here are a few more examples of different Pilates exercises...I offer modifications to every exercise, as I stated, this is for ALL fitness levels! You will gain core strength! : )
